The Infernal Punks are a 1% GTA Motorcycle Crew that has been riding strong since 2015. We take a different approach to the game—and we own it. As a 1% motorcycle club with RP elements, we bring pure mayhem from every corner of Los Santos and Blaine County. Expect challenges, but if you endure, the rewards are worth it. Climb the ranks. Earn respect. Make some friends. Ride cool bikes. Grind the game.

Hierarchy

Hangarounds are the new players to our community, who generally use this phase to decide if our crew is the right fit. Once we deem them ready, a Patched member will initiate their sponsorship and guide them through the prospecting process.

Prospects are actually lower in rank than Hangarounds. During the prospecting period, prospects will go through hell and back to prove themselves to be a future Punk and earn the respect of the club. This includes Hazing, Grinding, and Testing for club knowledge.

A patched member or “Patch” is a full fledged respected member of the Infernal Punks Motorcycle Club. A patched member has earned their title and kutte by showing their dedication and willingness to participate as an active and productive member of the community

An Enforcers’ job is to make sure that all club members and affiliates are following the club bylaws and church rules. They oversee the prospects and hangarounds at churches. During fights they are responsible for being the muscle of the club and will show more presence than any other patched members. The Enforcer also acts as a moderator of the club, helping keep discord text channels on track.

The Tail Gunner enforces the club’s charter and ensures security during rides and meetings. They work alongside the Road Captain to ensure rides go to plan and are authorized to use approved vehicles per the Rules of Engagement.

The Road Captain serves as an Enforcer and Moderator for their charter by working alongside the Sergent. They coordinate rides with the Tail Gunner, lead spontaneous rides, and collaborate with other MCs’ Road Captains during joint rides.

The Secretary is in charge of collecting and keeping club business in order. They prepare agendas for church and club meetings as well as note taking and record keeping for attendance and the treasury. By doing this they ensure no member is playing unfairly as well as providing RP news each week.

The Sergeant at Arms in a motorcycle club is responsible for enforcing bylaws, ensuring discipline and maintaining order within their charter. They serve as a bodyguard to the President and they delegate or take on roles such as Road Captain, Tail Gunner, and Enforcer when needed. The Sgt. at Arms also oversees the Honour Guard and has the authority to issue earned bar patches at their discretion.

The Vice President serves as the Charter President’s second-in-command, stepping in when the President is unavailable. They assist in overseeing charter activities, keep the President informed and conduct weekly reviews of the charter’s friends list to identify any mistakenly added members of enemy MCs, including Hangarounds.

The President is responsible for making sure business is running smoothly throughout the entirety of the club. This includes making sure everyone is performing their assigned roles correctly and with efficiency. They are also responsible for managing club relations with other organizations. The president hosts each weekly church to discuss or vote on club business.

CHURCH

At the Infernal Punks we host a weekly event called Church, where everyone is welcome to gather for a weekly catch up and Patched members can meet up and discuss important club matters. During this event, everyone is welcome to come together to stay updated on community news and Patched members can vote on key topics affecting the club and its members. Afterward, we hit the road for a ride led by our Road Captain.

MC BYLAWS

These bylaws created by our founding members set the absolute and final standard for our club.

Every patch that joins our ranks will swear and play by these rules. As for new prospects and hangarounds, they will also follow these standards given. Without these, there is no order.

1. All members of our community must abide by the Infernal Punks Community Rulebook.

2. Modding or cheating while playing GTA Online is not tolerated. Any such activity will result in an immediate ban.

3. Members must attend church regularly and maintain weekly in-game activity.

4. Members of our community, and every member and friendly crews, must be shown a level of respect. Personal attacks and crass levels of disrespect are not allowed in text or voice chat of any form towards members of IPMC and friendly clubs.

5. Do not kill other members of our community or friendly clubs without consent.

6. Members of the community are required to contribute to the club’s operations in all ways that could be reasonably expected.

7. Your patch (to include the support logo for hangarounds) must be worn when playing with our community. Players must also have our crew set as active at all times.

8. All members must follow dress code, as defined in the standards defined below:

Tops:

  • Hangarounds – Tshirt or hoodie (solid color)
  • Prospects – Biker cut, leather or denim jacket. Cannot have the front patches.
  • Patches – Biker cut, leather or denim jacket.
  • Any jacket/vest with large lettering/logos on the BACK or lettering that clips through patch are not allowed (example: trickster denim jacket). For special events, you may be required to wear specific clothing. The event leader will advise you on what to wear.
  • Use of Overcoat – Parka in bad weather condition is allowed. Parka must have appropriate crew logo on it and must be one without logos that disrupt the patch.

Shoes:

  • No open toed shoes or flip flops
  • No dress shoes

Bottoms:

  • No skirts
  • No tracksuit/track pants
  • No muscle pants
  • No sweatpants
  • No sports shorts
  • No bikini bottoms

Helmets:

Biker Helmets or “Vietnam” style helmets (cigarette pack strapped to it)

Bottom line, we are bikers. Act like it. Dress like it.

9. When engaging in combat, all community members must follow the rules defined in standards defined below:

This following states all rules of engagement [ROE] for use in all conflicts by all members of IPMC.

Conflict with recognized crews:

When fighting crews considered 1%, we limit ourselves in the fight to the use of ARs and approved bikes only; the use of SMGs and bullet-shooting handguns is also permissible, especially while riding a bike. Any other additional tools, such as other types of weapons, ammo, vehicles, helmets, or BST, are prohibited. Depending on the situation in the battle, the highest-ranking officer present might adjust these rules accordingly. For example, the use of helmets, or non-automatic shotguns is fairly common if they are also used by the opposition.

Other Crews:

Outside the 1% fights described above, use of all weapons, ammo, vehicles, and other tools is permissible. This includes PvP and PvE situations. However, we are a Motorcycle Club, and as such we should use approved bikes and avoid alien and futuristic weapons. Situations for the use of more advanced vehicles and weapons might include PvP against dirty players or tackling certain challenging missions. During events, hosts might decide on loosening or tightening these restrictions for the purposes of their event.

10. Members must ride approved bikes most of the time, and are required to ride one at churches and specific events.
