There’s a pending doom— the GTA side of the Punks are collectively staring at the calendar. GTA VI finally arrives this November, and everyone is anxiously waiting to disappear for an unhealthy number of hours into their man caves. The current plan for the Punks interested in VI is pretty simple: anyone with a console will be jumping in on release day, probably followed shortly by mysterious illnesses and PTO from work. We’re expecting Rockstar to hold GTA VI Online back for a while, so the Infernal Punks are not in any hurry to establish an official crew yet. For now, we’ll enjoy the single-player game and listen to the PC Only gamers cry about spoilers. It seems the most players will be on XBOX but there are a few of us also on PS5.
The motorcycle club is still active daily on GTA V Online. Paleto is still the larger of the two charters, and Del Perro changed up leadership a bit and there is a CLOWN running the show now. Abra cadabra boom shaka day. We do expect some changeups in November when people go to play the new shiny thing, but the plan is to still keep the GTA V Online crew going for as long as people are still playing. You guys are bikers, right?

ESO has been lit too – I see people playing daily and new members trickling in. Pretty crazy that two charters in our crew are still maining games that are over 10 years old. ESO was released in 2014, GTA Online in 2013. I spied on one of Sean’s Tea Parties.

Coming soon: October 16th is the Infernal Punks’ birthday! Another year older, and dumber than ever! The crew was technically created back in November of 2015 but mostly sat idle until about a year later. October of 2016 was when the crew started to develop a bit into something substantial. The crew has changed hands a few times – From Metal, to Whitey, to Daniel, to Von, then E Rock. I have held it the longest I think at this point. Mostly out of spite. There’s a lot of shitty crews out there. We don’t try to go for mass recruitment. Just a few normal people that play often and are fun to be around. It’s a good philosophy. There’s a good balance here of “I have to work I may be here or not fuck you” and “Salaryman Punk”. There’s a reason we’re still around. Punks forever, forever Punks.
